diet !


hello ebelibadi .. lama tk update blog ni .. dh nazak dh ...
kind a busy lately .. its SPM trial week .. 3 paper to go n then just wait for SPM ... my math teacher already marked the paper and I asked her about my result and as I expected I failed mathematics paper .. I dont really care actually .. I just target to pass on SPM so I need to do a lot of mathematics exercise so that I will pass on SPM ...

hari rabu lepas, aku pergi open house herbalife .. temankn mak jeww .. mak aku suruh try timbang and berat aku naik 83 kg drpd 81 kg masa bulan raya .. tekezut beruk aku .. pastu kak zie consultant herbalife tu kata aku kena turunkan berat sebab lemat dekat jantung aku atas2 pagar .. kalau aku tk jaga pemakanan byk oenyakit yg akn aku hadapi nanti .. aku dinasihatkn untk minum 6 liter air putih sehari .. aku start diet and aku minum banyak air putih .. lebih drpd 6 liter .. .

tadi pg mak aku ajk aku temankn dia pergi minum herbalife .. mak aku jeww minum sebab aku tk nk minum .. mahal sangat .. mak aku nk bayarkn pun aku tk nk sebab aku nk try diet sendiri tanpa any supplements .. meanwhile mak aku minum herbalife tu ,, kak zie suruh aku timbang lg sekali .. alhamdulillah .. berkat diet 2 hari aku dh turun 1 kg .. kak zie suruh aku minum lebih byk air lg sebab lemak aku dh start lose ..

semangat aku untuk kurus makin berbuak-buak .. petang ni aku nk pergi jogging .. maybe kalau aku exercise sikit berat akan kurang lebih .. need to start exercise .. my ideal weight is 55kg so I need to lose weight about 21kg .. in 2 days I can lose 1kg imagine a month .. kak zie kata kalau nk kurus ni senang jeww .. kita cuma perlu kawal mkn and lebihkan minum air putih ... air yg bergula pun penting utk bg tenaga tp jgn overdose pulak ..


tak sabar nk kurus .. hehehe .. wish me luck u guys ...
